Luxury Apartments
Villa Caroline is a new house in the more modern Austrian style, with large windows and beautiful views. It has been built and equipped to a very high standard, and comprises four luxury Apartments of between 100 - 120 sq.metres each, giving our guests space and freedom. All apartments are served by a lift and are just a five minute walk away from the pretty town centre itself, with its attractive restaurants and shops.
Each Apartment sleeps four adults in two attractive bedrooms plus a sofa-bed in the large lounge if required for a further two children, (and a cot for a baby if needed). Apartment No.4 has a further single bed on the Mezzanine. There are two luxurious bathrooms with under-floor heating to each Apartment.
Our 1st Floor Apartment (the other one is occupied by our resident House-Keeper), has an extensive South-facing terrace with views to the mountains, plus a large table for eating out in Summer. The 2nd Floor Apartments have extensive balconies stretching nearly 25 metres, or 75 ft around each Apartment, and each also has a table and seating for al-fresco-dining, surrounded by a panorama of mountains.
The lounge in each Apartment is large – about 35 sq.m, and has wide windows for the views and access onto the terraces and balconies. Each has an attractive dining area, Satellite TV, telephone, Internet access, an attractive fire and generous seating arrangements.
